So the recent Dominica carnival just ended on the 25th of February and this was my first time attending their carnival though i have been in and out of the island for a couple of years, I’m never around during the carnival periods because of one thing or the other mostly vacation lol.
This year i finally had the opportunity to attend this years carnival and it was fun.
To be honest i didn’t attend all the events that took place from the beginning just the street walks on the 24th and 25th.
Took a bunch of pictures but only a few got to make it here.
The people as always were lively and some costumes i have to say frightened me because I’m not a fan of masks like this one right here.
Well, others were in for the joke or a good horror movie depending on who is reading lol because personally clowns scare me.
and least i forget the food…oh the food.,it won’t be a complete blog by me if i don’t insert at least one picture of food.
So there you have it, my highlights from the Dominican February carnival 2020.
